Once upon a time we entered the Great Taste Awards. We've now won the past 4 years in a row but my absolute favourite part is the judges comments. This isn't just any judging, this is Great Taste judging and it's done by food indutry professionals and elite hand picked masters in their field. Our Truffle Ganache was awarded two gold stars, something held in high regard in the food industry. The comment that sealed the deal was from the final judging table...it gave them..
